I’ve done many silly things before but last Sunday adds to the list. Despite my better judgement I decided to participate in the Putrajaya Inter Park Ride, a 19-km fun ride around the many parks and lakes in the administrative capital. What made the ride silly was the hazy condition that day where the Air Pollution Index (API) was about 112, not really that high but surely not conducive for breathing exertion induced by cycling in the quest of healthy living.
